This is not your typical promo job — you'll act as a Territory Account Manager, building real relationships with stores, representing the brand, and helping drive growth in your assigned area. If you enjoy being on the move, meeting new people, and working independently — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be driving around your assigned area daily, visiting retail stores and becoming the face of the brand. Your role is a mix of customer service, sales support, and account management.

  • Visit multiple stores per day (routes provided)
  • Introduce yourself and build relationships with store staff
  • Educate employees about the product in a friendly, natural way
  • Ensure products are visible, organized, and fully stocked
  • Gather insights (what's selling, competitors, feedback)
  • Take photos + submit quick reports after your visits

Compensation

$200/ day baseHigh performers: up to $450 / day
  • Compensation starts at $200/day
  • Performance-based structure (earn more based on visits completed)
  • High performers can earn +$250/day
  • Bonuses available for top performance

Training

  • Paid training provided
  • You'll learn everything you need: brand knowledge, how to approach stores, and how to use our system and tools

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule (you manage your day)
  • Up to 8 hours per day
  • Work days typically: Tuesday – Saturday
  • Campaign duration: 12 weeks (you can choose your shifts)

Requirements

  • Must have a car and be comfortable driving daily
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and professional presence
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Comfortable working independently

  • Complete all assigned visits weekly
  • Submit reports on time (Sunday deadline)
  • Be reliable and consistent
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and energy
